The Product

CMTS is a web-based case management tracking application originally developed to provide Investigators General with a comprehensive and configurable method for tracking cases and related information across the entire life-cycle of a case. CMTS has been on the market since 2004 and we have steadily grown our client base of federal, state and local government organizations, while expanding beyond Offices of the Inspector General. CMTS is actively developed with twice a year updates and upgrades that come directly from requests by users.

The CMTS:HR edition has been tailored to meet the unique needs of the HR community. We have thoroughly researched the Human Resources market and made the modifications necessary to ensure that CMTS:HR will serve as a great product for managing HR investigations and will help government agencies minimize their employer risk while increasing HR team efficiency.

Our active development cycle will also help us make enhancements that will enable CMTS:HR to continue to deliver additional value to your organization.

The Company

CMTS:HR was built by WingSwept, a B2B technology services company based in Garner, NC. We focus on helping our clients leverage technology to meet their business objectives.
